1. What BRDeals is
BRDeals is a classifieds marketplace connecting Brazilians living abroad. We are not a party to any transaction — every listing is published and managed directly by the advertiser.
2. Account and user responsibility
You're responsible for your account information and everything you publish. Illegal, misleading, discriminatory content or content that violates third-party rights is not allowed. Accounts may be restricted or listings removed on a valid report.
3. Deals
Every deal happens directly between advertiser and buyer. BRDeals doesn't broker listing payments (outside of paid boost plans on the platform) or guarantee the accuracy of published content — see the Safety Center.
4. Paid plans
Boost and subscription plans are processed via Stripe. Price, duration and terms for each plan are shown before payment is confirmed at /planos.
5. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time at /seller/conta. We reserve the right to restrict accounts that violate these terms.
